If your purchased gems didn’t arrive instantly, please exit the game and log back in. A fresh connection with the server may speed the process along.
If the gems still haven’t arrived following the restart, it may take up to 24 hours to appear in game.
After 24 hours waiting, if you haven't got the gems, please contact our customer service team for help; be sure to include the screenshot of your purchase’s iOS/Android receipt in your message, which shows your purchase exact time and amount. This way, we’ll be able to confirm whether or not the transaction made it to your account.
How to check your purchase receipt on iOS/Android?
Android: You will receive an invoice by email each time you've made a purchase through Google Play Store.
iOS: You will receive an invoice by email each time you've made a purchase through Apple Store.
For iOS: An invoice is sent approximately for every $20 or 12 hours, the Order Number also appears in the email invoice; if you didn't receive the invoice, then you can contact with the support of apple store to report the problem.
