Question 1 I enter the game, click "Switch" button, it doesn't work.
Answer: On November 3 at 02:00 pm (UTC), some managers who had linked their Facebook or Email found that they cannot log in to the game after the update of v0.9.1.
The bug has been fixed now, but it requires to download the latest version from Google Play Store. You can also download the new version from the link below:
And after downloading the new version, you may need to follow up following procedure:
Step 1 complete the tutorial and create a new account
Step 2 click "More", "Account Info", Click "Switch" button under FB/Email to enter your FB account/bound email address and password, then you will be able to recover your account now.
Note: Make sure your Facebook app on your device currently is logging in with the Facebook account which you bind your game account to if you are trying to recover your game account bound with Facebook.
Question 2 I enter the game, click on "Share" button, it doesn't work.
Answer: When you enter the game, there are "Share" mission added in the game, which means after sharing the game, you will win certain amount of gems.
If you had completed this task, the "claim" button will turn from grey to bright.
Question 3 Where can I share the game, I share, and nothing happens.
Answer: You can share the game on the "Scout" page, or on the "Ground" page.
Note: Before you click on the "Share" button, make sure you kept your bound Facebook account is working and login in on your Facebook mobile app. Otherwise, you may not be able to complete the sharing.
Question 4 How to change server?
Answer: You can change server by clicking "More", choose "Account Info",
Then you will see your current server and the club name in this server.
Click on "Change" button,
Then you will see a page showing different server, and you can click "S1" or "S2"to change your server accordingly.
